Un Jaï bien creusé en soirée. Le ciel est un peu plombé et le fond de l'air un peu plus frais, mais l'eau est encore bonne. Je suis toujours en shorty, peut-être une des dernières fois. Navigation très physique. Ça siffle un peu au niveau des lombaires.
