Session compliquée.
Je suis repassé en trifin pour me refaire une idée dans des conditions plus musclées, du coup je cherche encore un peu les bons appuis pour accrocher le planing.
Finalement, Fos dans ces conditions, ça n'est peut-être pas idéal pour faire des expériences.
C'est physique. Ça saute tous les 10m et quand tu te fais punir, tu perds beaucoup d'énergie à te réorganiser à cause des vagues qui poussent en permanence. Épuisant.
Je m'explose le coude en tapant le flotteur et mets du sang partout en enlevant la combi.
