Petite forme. J'ai un peu de mal à me mettre dans le rythme. Début de crampe à un mollet et cheville pas totalement remise d'une petite entorse. Température incroyablement douce, belle houle d'Ouest de 3 à 4m, puis plus modeste quand le vent passe au Nord-Ouest.
