Home spot en foïl. Comme d'habitude sur les spots des sanguinaire, grosses houles et vagues croisées, causé par le passage incessant des bateaux.
Vent régulier .La navigation n'est pas facile. Au milieu de golfe le plan d'eau est plus apaisé.
Je fais un trou dans la voile d'un coup de genou en tombant .
